CANCELLATION POLICY

+ All general (non-wedding) service requests please see below: + All Bridal clients, this policy does not apply to you. Your terms are agreed upon within the contract/agreement that you signed and submited via Docusign at time of booking along w/ your retainer. • In-studio appts forfeit your retainer if cancelling with less than 72hrs notice. • If you need to reschedule due to weather, with more than 72hr notice, a one time reschedule will be allowed. No refunds will be made moving forward. • 100% cancellation fee will be collected for any no-shows or cancellations same day. • All on-site and house call requests, please add the travel fee to you cart according to your county and include your full address. + Wedding/elopement services: • Particular bridal services are final sale, non-refundable and are subject to the terms in the bridal contract that you sign via DocuSign. You must submit your signed contract prior to securing your date, or submitting a retainer via online booking. If you do not have a contract drafted by us and signed by you before you book online, your date/service is not secured. Thank you in advance for your understanding, and for respecting our policies.
